This Squad Section contains training times, technical information and tips on free fighting, competition fighting and competition kata. WKU wants to build up the squad and so we look forward to your support.

We have booked some more fighting courses with Sensei Arthur Meek 5th Dan. These courses are always excellent and you get the chance to be training by one of England's top fighters. The more people that turn up, the better it is!

Change of plan - 01/12/2000
Due to Injury, the third Free fighting and
Squad training session has had to be changed.
It will now be held
at the Hogarth Dojo on Saturday December 2nd from
11:00am-2:00pm with Sensei Ross Edwards. There will be a normal
karate class until 12:30pm and then the squad training with begin for around and
hour and a half.
It is open to all grades .

The third Free fighting
and Squad training session has been arranged now.
It will be held at the

WKU Squad Training - 22/05/2000
WKU held a very successful Free Fighting and Squad Session at the Hogarth Dojo, London. It was taken by Paul Webborn and Lee Croucher and around 25 Juniors and Seniors attended the session.
WKU is looking to create a well trained squad and there will be more sessions in the future to build on this.
The next Squad Training
session is on Sunday 11th June 2000 from
11:00am till 1:30pm.
It will be held at the
Rhy Di Car Centre, Merthyr Tydfil.
